MONTALCINO WINES are produced in the village of Montalcino in the Siena's province. They are produced esclusively from Tuscany San Giovese grape. Full-bodied and strong tasy, they are ideal for dishes caracterized by intense flavours (meat, game, soups, aged cheese). These wines may reach several levels of aging. Rosso di Montalcino is aged at least one year before sale, while Brunello may be aged for longer.
