SPIRITS

Distilled beverage ususally known as Liquors or Spirits. Namely,  Spirits refers to a distilled beverage  that have no added sugar level and bear at least 20% alcohol.

GRAPPA is an Italian spirit made by distilling pomace and grape residue left over from winemaking after pressing. Its alcoholic extent wages from 37.5 and 60 alcoholic degress. The flavour of grappa, like that of the wine, depends on the type and quality of the grape used. Its colour is related to the aging process.  A clear grappa indicates that it is an un-aged distillate while passing time it takes up a yellow or red-brown colour.
