B&J Intrade

Piedmont is a county located in the Norht West of Italy. Here are produced the most famous of Italian wines as BAROLO, NEBBIOLO, BARBERA, DOLCETTO,  LATA LANGA, LANGHE, MOSCATO, ROERO, GAVI.

BAROLO , one of the  word's finest wines, has been called “The king of the wines”

It is a very dry, robust red,  is full bodied  and mouth filling wines.  It is made from only the very best  Nebbiolo grapes

Barolo is noted for this ability to age. It is 'hard' when young and it needs to be aged to become 'mellow'. Thus, quite bitter in its youth , it looses its  rough edge and softens as  it gets older.

It must be aged for at least three years at the winery, but  is best with an additional aging. Hence,  it is left to age for between ten and twenty years after the vintage years.

Barolo from the Rocca's vinery is highly prized, while others, even though  less famous, mantain the dignity of  best quality wine and are not seemingly expensive.
