Liqueurs are distilled beverages that are bottled with added sugar and added flavorings. Italian liqueurs are made from natural fruits as lemons or oranges.
LIMONCELLO is an Italian liquer produced by lemons, mainly produced in the Southern of the Country. It is made from Lemon zest, alcohol, water and sugar. It is light to bright yellow in color, sweet and lemony. Limoncello is traditionally served chilled as an after dinner drink. Its alcholic content is about 30%.

PORTO is a fortified wine produced in the Northern provinces of Portugal [Douro valley]. It is tipically a sweet red wine, but also comes in white variety. It is often served as dessert-wine. the wines is stored and aged in barrels or in sealed glass bottles. It usually bears an alcohol content between 19.5% and 20% .
Tawny ports are wines made from red grapes that are aged in wooden barrels [has spent at least seven years in barrels ] . Tawny ports are sweet or medium dry and typically drunk as a dessert wine.

"Ruby port" is the cheapest and most extensively produced type of port [after fermentation it is stored in tanks made of concrete and not in barrels]. "Reserve port" is a premium Ruby port approved by an official wine-organization. "White port" is made from white grapes. It can be used as the basis for a cocktail, or served on its own. | ![]() |
