FERNET is a digestive drink of 37 % alcohol. It is is tasty and a tends to have a bitter savoury; so it is ideal as drink after meals .  

 

 

MARSALA is a liqueour produced in the Sicily island (IT) and namely in the sorrounding countryside  Marsala, the city that bears the same name. It is a sweet drink of 17% alcohol degrees. It can be drinken as meditation liqueour or together with cakes. It comes as a glass bottle of 1 Lt.  It is  packaged in glass bottles of 0,75 Lt. or 1 Lt. A variety of it is called CREMA ALL'UOVO. It is a sweeter  and made from a mix of eggs and Marsala.

 

BITTER is perfect to prepare long drinks and aperitives. It bears 20 % alcohol.

 

MOSCATO LIQUOROSO is a wine of 16% alcohol degree. It can be drinken as pondering wine or more often, it goes with cakes and sweets. We have isted also a wine-alcohol generated from the famous Barolo.

 

We listed also other liqueurs.  For example, CREMA ALLA MANDORLA which is porduced from almonds and bears the taste slightly bitter of them. It is 18% alcoholic degrees. Then, VERMUT. it is of several types as White, Red, Chinato and Dry. Vermut well matches with sweets or it can be drinken by itself or finally, could be a basis for aperitives.
